| ASAN international is an exclusive agent of
Harbour & Marine Engineering Pty Ltd., a leading supplier of Vessel Docking,
Mooring and Monitoring Systems to ports and harbours throughout the world.
HME designs and manufactures laser and/or radar docking systems, wharf quick
release hooks, capstans and controls for the remote release of moored vessels
and load monitoring systems for the measurement, monitoring and analysis
of vessel mooring loads.
| Onshore |
- Wharf quick release hooks
- Remote release systems.
- Mooring load monitoring systems.

* Quick Release Hook
Designed to be interfaced with electrical controls to enable remote hook
release and load monitoring.
Capacities ranging from 30 to 250 tonnes.
- Can be release manually or remotely.
- For hazardous or non hazardous locations.
- Designed for optional multi-point computer-based load
monitoring system.
- Available with integrated electric capstnas from 1
to 5 tonne capacity.
* Remote Release System
- Cable and installation costs are greatly reduced as
only a single cable is required to be interconnected between QRH and
remote panel.
- Hooks can be released individually or simultaneously.
* Mooring Load Monitoring System
It provides
real time monitoring of all mooring lines and warns of excessive or dangerous
loads.
- Can be retrofitted to existing mooring hooks or may
be factory fitted to new hooks.
- Enables the operator and the vessel master to maintain
safe and effective mooring line tension.
- Suitable for hooks from 30 tonnes to 250 tonnes in
hazardous or non hazardous jetties.
- May be integrated with vessel drift-warning and environmental
monitoring systems.
- Latest generation handheld monitor provides automatic
update of mooring tension and alarms.
* Vessel Docking Aid System
Harbour
and Marine Engineering has formed a strategic alliance with Laser Communication
Incorporated to offer the total Vessel Docking Aid System and other Port
Management Systems (Refer to Integrated systems).
- Laser(radar) sensors are the most reliable technology
employed for vessel docking and operate effectively in poor visibility
and heavy rain. They are certified for class 1 zone 1 hazardous locations
and are eye-safe to FDA class 1, the safest class.
- Docking speed, distance and angle is displayed for
the jetty operator and the vessel's master.
- Docking information is continuously recorded allowing
'hard docking' events to be analysed should jetty fendering or the vessel
hull sustain damage.
- Following docking, system provides warning in case
of vessel drift from fenders.
- Latest generation handheld monitor provides constant
update of docking information.
*
Environmental Monitoring System
This can include wind, tide, current and siginificant wave.
- Wind speed/direction
- Current speed/direction
- Tidal information
- Significant wave height/period
* Integrated Jetty Monitoring System
Many wharf facilities use Load monitoring, Vessel docking and Weather monitoring
systems. More often these systems are totally independent of each other
and there may be no communication or transfer of information available between
the systems.
We have recognised that it may be desirable if these systems can be integrated
enabling important information from each system to be shared, and simplifying
the analysis and storage of the collected information.
* Mooring Bollards
* Gangways
The following mooring and monitoring systems are applied
for super tankers, FPSO/FSO, SPM and other offshore structures.
* Chain Hawser Quick Release Hooks
* S.P.M. Load Monitoring
* Quick Release Chain Stoppers
